I received a defective cup a few days ago and upon informing customer service they said they were sending a new one and sorry for the inconvenience.bchecked the mail today and hello perfect cup!! Yay!!

My 310 got stolen right off of my front steps. I called up customer service and without hesitation they are sending me out a replacement!!! This makes up for how lousy some people are nowadays just stealing anything they can get their hands on!!!!
Honestly, I'm really impressed with 310 Nutrition's customer service.
I just got my first package today and it was missing a few items. It was not a huge deal seeing as it was a shaker and free samples. I called and they were very nice and gave me simple instructions to follow. I have never had that great of an experience with any customer service. 10/10 will be ordering again just based on the help I received ❤️

My customer service experience with 310 by far surpasses any company I've ever encountered in my life time! Seriously, I'm 67 years old and they are prompt and courteous.
